Registration is by INVITATION ONLY, and is on a first come, first serve basis. You will need a password to register for this event, which can be found in your invitation email. As we have limited capacity on-site, you are NOT guaranteed a spot until you have registered and we encourage you to register early.

General Admission "on-site" is $345 per person (Double Occupancy) and includes:
- - Lodging: 3 nights of on-site lodging (Wednesday, 02/28 through Saturday, 03/02)
- - Meals: 8 on-site meals (Dinner on 02/28 through breakfast on 03/02)
- - Registration cost: Event fee and use of most property amenities
Commuter Admission is $225 per person and includes:
- - Lodging: Book your own accommodations off-site (Wednesday, 02/28 through Saturday, 03/02)
- - Meals: 8 on-site meals (Dinner on 02/28 through breakfast on 03/02)
- - Registration cost: Event fee and use of most property amenities

Unfortunately, there is NO on-site lodging available for Tuesday, 02/27. If you need to arrive a day early, or stay after the conference has
ended, we recommend you look for a hotel either in New Braunfels (see Other Lodging page) or near the airport.
*We are blessed to work with both Compassion International and Convoy of Hope. They have been generous in sponsoring our Missions Leaders Meeting. Both organizations gave with the intent of reducing the cost of registration by $75 per person, for a total savings of $150 per person!
