For various reasons, we will inevitably have cancellations. If you would like to be added to the waitlist in case a spot on-site or as a commuter opens up, please email christine@vmteam.org. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted.
Note: The waitlist will be made in the order the requests are received.

SOLD OUTCommuter Admission "off-site" is $309 per person and includes:

  • • No Lodging Included: Book your own accommodations off-site (Wednesday, 02/05 through Saturday, 02/08)
  • • $205 (Meals + Facility Charge**): 8 on-site meals (Dinner on 02/05 through breakfast on 02/08)
  • • $104 (Registration cost): Event fee and use of most property amenities

  • • $309 (Total Cost)
  • **Meals + Facility charge is non-negotiable from venue

SOLD OUTPreferred Admission "on-site" is $499 per person (Double Occupancy) and includes:

  • • $190 (Lodging): 3 nights of on-site lodging (Wednesday, 02/05 through Saturday, 02/08)
  • • $205 (Meals + Facility Charge**): 8 on-site meals (Dinner on 02/05 through breakfast on 02/08)
  • • $104 (Registration cost): Event fee and use of most property amenities

  • • $499 (Total Cost)
  • **Meals + Facility charge is non-negotiable from venue

Scholarships are available! If you need financial help to attend the MLM or if you want to contribute to the scholarship fund, please click here.

Unfortunately, there is NO on-site lodging available for Tuesday, 02/04. If you need to arrive a day early, or stay after the conference has ended, we recommend you look for a hotel either in New Braunfels (see Other Lodging page) or near the airport.

*We are blessed to work with Convoy of Hope, Compassion International and Samaritan’s Purse. They have all been generous in sponsoring our Missions Leaders Meeting. All three organizations gave with the intent of reducing the “registration cost” from $304 per person down to $104 per person. This is a total savings of $200 per person!
